We are so committed to caring for people in our local communities that we employ Robyn as a Community Deacon to lead us in this ministry.
“Do not cast me away when I am old; do not forsake me when my strength is gone”
Psalm 71:9
We offer Holy Communion services at some of our local rest homes.
We encourage social engagement for residents of Flagstaff Village Haumaru Housing pensioner units, through regular lunches and offer other support.
Older people living alone are also supported as we become aware of needs.
